Director
Adam founded Colda Constructions in 2010 after years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
Combining his carpentry background with his tertiary qualification from RMIT Adam has grown the business into a well established and respected company.
Adam is a project management professional who’s experience is invaluable to each project. He has excellent attention to detail, an eye for design and exceptional critical thinking skills.
LUKE BLYTON
Project Manager
Luke joined Colda Constructions in 2015 and is an integral part of the team. He spends much of his time on our building maintenance projects. Luke manages these projects, often for government clients from start to finish.
Luke combines his carpentry qualification with over 14 years’ construction industry experience. Luke is reliable, a skilled and hands on tradesman and professional. He combines these skills to complete projects professionally and on time.
JASON SLOAN
Project Manager
Jason joined the Colda team in March 2020 and has demonstrated his exceptional project management expertise. Jason has over 12 years experience in construction and has completed several industry trade qualifications including his residential builders’ licence in the ACT. He has delivered a range of projects across private and government sectors and has demonstrated his ability to coordinate complex programs.
Jason goes above and beyond for our clients, to meet their needs and successfully deliver quality projects.
ILIJA TACEVSKI
Site Manager / Safety Officer
Ilija has 15 years’ experience working across commercial and residential construction projects. He brings great organisation skills to deliver successful fit-out projects. Ilija has a sound understanding of risk management as a qualified Electrician.
He is currently completing a WHS qualification and is responsible for overseeing Colda Constructions’ Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System which he does so with attention to detail and commitment.
